Adam Kessner is a 20-year veteran in the NY Metro real estate industry.  His primary role is sourcing and advising on transactions for K5 Equities and The Kessner Family. 

Since 2016, Adam has sourced $425 Million worth of multifamily properties on behalf of The Kessner Family. 

 

In addition to working with The Kessner Family, Adam has advised fellow property owners in the acquisition/sale of over $150 Million worth of multifamily properties since 2016.

Adam holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University.

Adam lives in Westchester County with his wife and four children.
